Separate examination that she did sign seal execute and deliver
the foregoing Mortgage for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right and claim to Dower in and to the Two Tundred
(200) acres of land therein described and that such release relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was executed done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

Know all Men by these Presents That I Paul E. Woodard
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
first part for securing the payment of the money herein
mentioned and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to him
duly paid by Robert B. Hall of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents do
bargain and sell unto the said party of the second part his heirs
executors administrators and assigns all the goods chattels and
personal property mentioned in the schedule hereto annexed
and now in the possession of said Woodard to wit one Bay
horse called Dixie about 8 years old one top Buggy and Seventy
five bushels of corn more or less now on said Woodards place
To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods chattels
and personal property above bargained and sold or intended
so to be unto the said party of the second part his heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever And I the said
party of the first part for myself my heirs executors
