and administrators all and singular the said goods
chattels and personal property above bargained and sold
unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against myself the party of the first
part and against all and every person or persons whomsoever
shall and will warrant and forever defend Upon Condition that if
I the said party of the first part shall and do well and truly 
pay unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors
administrators and assigns a Certain promissory note for the
better securing of which this mortgage is given for the sum
of Three Hundred Dollars payable on the day after date with
interest at the rate of Ten per cent until paid then these
presents shall be and I the said party of the first part
for myself my heirs executors administrators and assigns do
covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second
part his heirs executors administrators and assigns that in case
default shall be made in the payment of the said sum above
mentioned or in case the said party of the first part shall at
any time before the day of payment herein provided for
remove the said goods chattels and personal property or any
of them or permit or suffer any attachment or other process
against property to be issued against him or permit or suffer any
Judgement to be entered up against him then the said sum
of money herein mentioned shall become instantly due and
payable and then it shall and may be lawful for and
I the said party of the first part do hereby covenant and
agree to and with said Robert B. Hall his executors administr=
ators and assigns with the aid and assistance of any
person or persons to enter shall have full liberty consent
and permission the dwelling house store and other premises
and such other place or places in which the said goods
chattels and personal property or any of them are or may be
placed and take and carry away the said goods and
chattels and to sell and dispose of the same for the best
price they can obtain; and out of the money arising
therefore to retain and pay the sum above mentioned and
all charges touching the same rendering the overplus (if any)
unto him the said party of the first part his heirs heirs
executors administrators or assigns. In Witness Whereof I the
