"Mortgage
State of Florida } Whereas William L. Finger of Alachua County
Alachua County } in the State of Florida is Justly indebted
to John S. Camp B.F. Camp and R.J. Camp partners trading
at Campville in the County and State aforesaid under the firm
name of R.J. Camp Bros in the sum of Sixteen Hundred and
Eleven & 99/100 ($1611 99/100) Dollars which said sum of money is
covenanted to be paid by 3 certain promissory notes bearing
even date herewith. One note for $50000 due six months
after date: one note for $50000 due twelve months after date
and another for $611 99/100 due Eighteen months after date
each bearing legal rate of interest from the date thereof
given by W.L. Finger and payable to the order of R.J. Camp
& Bros and whereas he is desirous of fully and better
securing the payment of said notes and the sum of
money mentioned therein Therefore know all men by these
presents that we William L. Finger and his wife S.F. Finger
for and in consideration of the premises and of one dollar to us
in hand paid have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey with the
said R.J. Camp & Brothers their heirs and assigns all the following
described piece parcel or tract of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida to wit: all of that
fractional portion of land lying on the North West side of the
A.G. and W.I.T. Co RR and being a part of lot number (8) Eight of
Section Six (6) in Township nine (9)in Range Twenty one (21)
East containing (8) Eight acres more or less: Also Fractional part
of the South West quarter of the North East quarter of Section
Six (6) Township Nine South of Range (21) Twenty one East
containing one and one third (1 1/3} acres of land and more particularly
described as follows to wit: Beginning at a Stake Sixty (60) feet
from the Rail Road and North of it upon the line of said SW1/4
of NE1/4 and running South 47º West 152 feet: thence North
32º West 215 feet thence North 44º E. 324 feet to said East line
then following said line 310 feet to Starting point. also The
remainder of Lot one (1) in fractional Section (6) Six Township (9)
nine South of range (21) Twenty one containing (35) Thirty Five
acres more or less: and all of Lot (4) Four in the said Fractional
Section Six in Township (9) nine Range 21) Twenty one containing
