(40) Forty acres more or less: and the remainder of Lot (5) five in Fractional
Section 6 Township 9 South of Range 21 East containing Twenty five (25) acres
more or less also a second mortgage upon that Lot of land Situated in the
County & State aforesaid & described as follows to wit: Commencing at a Stake on
the section line 60 feet West of the Centre of the Florida Rail Road Tract
and about (5) five chains West of the section corner thence West 267 feet to a
Stake thence South 200 feet to a Stake thence East 140 feet to a stake thence
238 feet along the Rail Road line to the place of commencement containing
(1) one acre Lying and being in Section 4 Township 10 South of range 20 East
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurte-
nances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and to Hold
the same unto the said R.J. Camp & Brothers and to their heirs and
assigns forever Provided however and these presents are upon this express condition
that if the said W.L. Finger or his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay
or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said notes
together with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
and effect thereof then this obligation shall become null and void
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue And it is hereby further agreed
and Stipulated that the said W.L. Finger or his heirs or assigns shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted
to be paid by said notes together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor and effect thereof then this obligation
shall become null and void otherwise to remain in full force and
virtue. And it is further agreed and Stipulated that the said
W.L. Finger and S.F. Finger his wife - heirs or assigns will pay all
costs expenses and attorneys fees which the said R.J. Camp & Bros
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of
money covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or
otherwise. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seal on this 6th day of December AD 1883

Alachua County   } I A.D. Bell a Justice of the Peace in and
for said State and County do hereby certify that on this 6th day
of December AD 1883 before me personally appeared William L. Finger
and S.F. Finger his wife his Wife to me well known as the person
described in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed and
severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said
S.F. Finger to me well known as the wife of William L. Finger
on an examination taken and made separately and apart from
her said husband did acknowledge before me that she made herself
a party to the said conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her dower & right of dower in and
to the lands tenements and hereditments therein described and
