on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida
Also the following described property to wit:
To Have and To Hold all and singular the crops lands and
personal property above bargained and sold unto the said
S.D. Smoke heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided nevertheless that if the said Pres Harris should well
and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said S.D. Smoke
the full amount of said note together with the interest
according to its tenor and effect then this instrument to be
void else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby
further agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said Pres Harris will pay
therefor all atorney's fees charges and expenses. In Witness Whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my deal this 1st day of

State of Florida } Whereas we Sarah Z. Malphurs and
Alachua County   } Noah W. Malphurs of said County
and State are Justly indebted to James R. Crawford
of the same place in the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Five
($12500} dollars which said sum is covenanted to be paid by a
certain promissory note bearing even date herewith Given by the said
Sarah Z. Malphurs and her husband Noah W. Malphurs to the
said James R. Crawford for $12500 and due Twelve months
after date and bearing interest from date at the rate of (2) Two per
cent per month until paid Being for money advanced by the
said James R. Crawford for the payment of the purchase money of &
