separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge
before me that she made herself a party to the said conveyance
for the purpose of releasing renouncing and conveying away her
separate property title and interest of every character in and to
the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and thereby
granted and released and that such relinquishment & conveyance is
made by her freely and voluntarily and without constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband. Witness my hand and seal the

 Lewis Falk To A. Goodson & Nancy A. Lynn
       "Release of Mortgage"
Know all men by these presents that I Louis
Falk of the City of Palatka County of Putnam
and State of Florida do hereby acknowledge full
payment and satisfaction of that certain Mort-
gage executed in my favor by Alexander Goodson
and Nancy A. Lynn parties as A. Goodson & Co and
by Celia Goodson wife of said Alexander Goodson
and Joseph Lynn husband of Nancy A. Lynn
on the first day of July AD 1881 and recorded in
Alachua County Clerks office at pages 830, 831, 832
833 of Book "E" of Mortgages for said County on the 19th
day of July 1881 and also of record in Clerks office
of Putnam County in Book "D" of Mortgages at pages
498 & 499, 500, 501-502 on the 27th day of October
1881 and the Same being a lien and encumbrance
on Certain lands of said Mortgages in the Counties
of Alachua & Putnam aforesaid to secure the pay-
ments of Certain notes mentioned in said Mort-
gage. And I do hereby Cancel and release the
said notes which said Mortgages given to Secure
and release discharge & Cancel said Mortgage &
authorize J.A. Carlisle Clerk of said Alachua County
Florida to make and sign on the Margin of the
record of said Mortgage in his office a release
and discharge of the Same. Witness my hand and seal
