piece parcel or tract of land Situated lying and 
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida to wit:
Beginning for the Same on the East side of Block twenty
Six (26) at a point distant two hundred and Seventy
four feet and Six inches (274 6/12) North of the South
East Corner of said Block running thence West
two hundred (200) feet thence North Forty (40) feet
thence East two hundred (200) feet thence South forty
(40) feet to the place of beginning reserving twelve
(12) feet on the East boundary for a Street all of
which is located in Brushes addition to the town
of Gainesville Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
Same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have
and to hold the same unto the Said J.W. Coburn
his heirs and assigns forever. Provided however and
these presents are upon this express Condition that if
the said Betty McLellan and Patrick McLellan her
husband heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay
or cause to be paid the Sum of money Covenanted to be
paid by said note together with the interest to
accrue thereon according to the legal tenor and effect
thereof then this obligation shall become null and void
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue And it
is hereby further agreed and Stipulated that the said
Betty McLellan and Patrick McLellan her husband
their heirs or assigns will pay all Costs expenses
and attorneys fees which the said J.W. Coburn
may be put to in enforcing the Collection of the afore-
said Sum of money Covenanted to be paid by said
note by foreclosure or otherwise
