Betsy McClellan the wife of the said Patrick Mc-
Clellan on an examination taken and made sepa-
rately and apart from her said husband did ac-
knowledge before me that she made herself a party
to the said Conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
all right of Dower in and to the lands tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and
released and that such relinquishment of Dower is
made by her freely and voluntarily and without Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

 Barnnay Parker To Florence Mosely
            "Mortgage"
This Indenture made this 3rd day of February in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty Three Between Barnnay Parker of the
State of Florida of Alachua County of the first part
and Mrs Florence Mosely of the State of Florida of
County of Putnam of the second part. Whereas
the said Barnnay Parker are justly indebted to the
said party of the second part in the Sum of Thirty
three dollars lawful money of the United States of 
America as is further evidenced by a Certain
note dated February 3d 1883 for the Sum of thirty
three dollars and payable one year after date
Now this Indenture Witnesseth, That the said party
of the first part for the better securing the pay-
ment of the said Sum of money mentioned in said
promissory note and also for and in Consideration
of the Sum of One Dollar to him in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold aliened remised released Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien
remise release Convey and Confirm unto the said
party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns
forever, All that tract or parcel of land lying and
