being in the State of Florida and County of Alachua
known and described as the North West Quarter of
Section 36 Range 22 Township 9 being one Quarter
of Section (36) of land that was homesteaded by
said Parker and Granted out of the United States
office as Gainesville said North West Quarter
Containing Forty acres of land by estimation
Together with all and singular the tenements heredi-
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof. And Also all the estate right title interest dower
and right of Dower separate Estate property possession
Claim and demand Whatsoever as well in law as
in Equity of the said party of the first part of in
and to the Same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the above
granted and described premises unto the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns to her 
and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever. Provided always and these presents are upon
this express Condition that if the said Barnnay Parker 
his heirs executors or administrators shall well and
truly pay unto the said party of the second part her
heirs executors or administrators or assigns the Said
sum of Money as Specified in said note together
with all Costs Charges and expenses which the
Said party of the Second part may incur or be
put to in Collecting the Same by foreclosure or other-
wise that then these presents and the estate hereby
granted shall Cease determine and be absolutely null
and void. And the said party of the first part
for himself and his heirs executors and administr-
tors does Covenant and agree to pay unto the said
party of the second part her heirs executors ad-
ministrators or assigns and all Costs Charges and
expenses the party of the second part may incur
or be put to in Collecting the Same by foreclosure
