Know all men by these presents that I Mary Lente
of the town of Cold Spring in the County of Putnam
and State of New York have made Constituted
and appointed and by these presents do make
Constitute and appoint William Kemble Lente
my true lawful attorney for me and in my
name place and stead to ask demand sue for
and collect receive and give acquittance for all
sums of Money debts and demands whatsoever which
are or shall be due owing and belonging to me by
any person Soever and to execute proper Certificates
of Satisfaction of any bond or Mortgage; and to invest
and reinvest all such Sums of money giving and
granting unto my said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises as fully to all interest and 
purposes as I might or Could do if personally present
with full power of Substitution and revocation hereby
notifying and Confirming all that my said attorney
or his Substitute Shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof.
