 T.P. Crichton To Annie L. Barton

Alachua County   } Whereas we T.P. Crichton and
Annie R. Crichton are justly indebted to Annie L.
Barton in the Sum of Three hundred and thirty three
dollars and thirty four Cents which said Sum of
money is Covenanted to be paid by two Certain promiss-
ory notes bearing even date herewith one for the Sum
of One hundred and sixty Six 67/100 Dollars due and
payable on November 27th 1884 and one note for one
hundred and sixty Six & 67/100 Dollars due and payable
on the 27th day of November AD 1885 together with
interest on the Same at the rate of 8% per annum from
the 27th day of November AD 1883.
And whereas we are desirous of fully and better
Securing the payment of said notes and the Sum of
money mentioned therein. Therefore know all men
by these presents that we T.P. Crichton and Annie R.
Crichton for and in Consideration of the premises
and of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted
bargained Sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Annie
L. Barton her heirs and assigns all the following described
piece parcel or tract of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of
