Florida to wit: Commencing at a point on the West
line of Sect Twenty three (23) Township Ten (10) South
Range Nineteen East where the Transit Rail Road
intersects said section line and running thence
South along said section line Eight Chains to a
Stake: thence East Twelve Chains and fifteen link
to a stake  Thence North Eighteen Chains to the
Transit Rail Road and thence southwesterly along 
said Rail Road to the point of beginning Contain-
ing Sixteen acres more or less Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the Same belonging or in any
wise appertaining To have and to hold the Same
unto the said Annie E. Barton her heirs and
assigns forever - Provided however and these pre-
ents are upon this express Condition that if the
said T.P. Crichton and Annie R. Crichton their
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or
cause to be paid the Sum of money covenanted to be
paid by said notes together with the interest to
accrue thereon according to the legal tenor and effect
thereof then this obligation Shall become null and
void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated
that the said T.P. Crichton and  Annie R. Crichton
their heirs or assigns will pay all Costs expenses
and attorneys fees which the said Annie L. Barton
may be put to in enforcing the Collection of the
aforesaid Sum of money covenanted to be paid by
said notes by foreclosure or otherwise

fore me personally appeared T.P. Crichton and
Annie R. Crichton his wife well known as
the persons described in and who executed the
foregoing Mortgage Deed and Severally acknowl-
edged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
