said demand and should it be necessary to foreclose

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
That Whereas Boston Berry of the above State and
County is indebted to S.C. Sadler of the Same State and
County in the Sum of one hundred & forty dollars
which said Sum is Covenanted to be paid by one
Certain promissory note bearing date December 30th
1882 and for the said Sum of one hundred & forty
dollars bearing interest at the rate of 8 per Cent
Now therefore to better secure the payment of said
note and interest as expressed therein I do by these
presents grant bargain sell and Convey unto the
said S.C. Sadler his heirs and assigns all my right
title interest and claim of in and to all the Crops
of whatsoever species Kind or description now
growing or which may hereafter be planted grown
