One Brown-Black horse about 8 years old named
Charley & all crops I may hereafter raise
To have and to hold all and Singular the Crops lands
and personal property above bargained and sold unto
the Said S.C. Sadler his heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever, provided Nevertheless that if the Said
Boston Berry should well and truly pay or Cause
to be paid unto the said S.C. Sadler the full amount
of Said Note together with the interest according to
its tenor and effect then this instrument to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal pro-
ceedings the said Boston Berry will pay therefor all
attorneys fees Charges and expenses
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal this thirtieth day of December

Alachua County } This Indenture made and
entered into on this 14th day of April AD 1883 -
Witnesseth that Charles Debose in Consideration of
the sum of Fourteen dollars already advanced by
and now due to S.C. Sadler by him the said Charles
Debose the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for the further Consideration that the said S.C.
Sadler Shall and will make such further reasonable
amount of advances in provisions Merchandise and
