the said Charles Debose to make harvest and pre-
pare for market his crops of all kinds during the year
AD 1883 such further advances not to exceed Forty one
dollars and for the further Consideration of one
dollar in hand paid by these presents doth grant
bargain sell and Convey unto the said S.C. Sadler
and to his heirs and assigns all the right title
interest and claim of him the said Charles Debose
and heirs executors and administrators of in and to
all crops whatsoever species kind or description
now growing or which may hereafter at any time
in the future be planted grown or gathered by
me or for me or for my benefit in or off of any and
all lands in Alachua County Florida until the
debt hereby secured with interest is fully paid also
the following described property to wit: One bay
Filly about 2 years old named "Shoo Fly"
To have and to hold all and singular the crops
lands and personal property above bargained
and sold unto the said S.C. Sadler his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided Nevertheless that if the said Charles 
Debose Should well and truly pay or cause to
be paid unto the said S.C. Sadler the full am-
ount of the advances heretofore made and here-
after to be made with the charges for Commissions
and interest on the Same then this obligation
to be void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is further agreed that all amounts heretofore
and hereafter advanced are due and payable
upon delivery of the goods therefor and shall
bear interest accordingly and that this instrument
may be enforced at any time at the option of
the said S.C. Sadler And it is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said Charles
Debose will pay therefor all attornys fees Charges
and expenses
