Alachua County } Whereas George Y. Renfro Alachua
County State of Florida and Virginia P. Carrington Mad-
ison County State of Alabama are justly indebted to
John W. Hudson and Myron B. French of the County
of Dane and State of Wisconsin in the sum of five
hundred and twenty five dollars which said sum
of money is Covenanted to be paid by the Certain
promissory notes bearing even date herewith one for
the Sum of One hundred and Seventy five dollars due
on the 30th day of November 1884 with interest at the
rate of Eight per Cent per annum one for the Sum of
One hundred and Seventy five^dollars^due on the
30th day of November 1885 with interest at the rate of
Eight per Cent per annum one for the Sum of one
hundred and Seventy five dollars due on the 30th day
of November 1886 with interest at the rate of Eight per
Cent per annum all interest payable annually and whereas
they are desirous of fully and better securing the payment
of said notes and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know all men by these presents that we George
Y. Renfro and Virginia P. Carrington for and in Consid-
eration of the premises and the receipt of one dollar
to them in hand paid have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey into the said John W. Hudson and
Myron B. French their heirs and assigns all the fol-
lowing described piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
The West half of Lot Number Twenty Three (23) as numbered
in the recorded plat of Mackey and Hudson on re-
cord on page 906 Deed Book "J" of the public
records of Alachua County State of Florida
and according to a recent Survey made by W.C.
