Miller and lines defined and corners established and
marked by him Containing by estimation Twenty (20)
acres of land and land covered by water within
said description. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging To have and to hold the Same unto the said
John J. Hudson and Myron B. French in fee simple
absolute forever. Provided however that these
presents are upon this express consideration that if
the said George Y. Renfro and Virginia P. Carrington
their heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or
cause to be paid the sum of money Covenanted to
be paid by said notes together with the interest to
accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then
this obligation shall become null and void else
to remain in full force and virtue. And it is
further agreed and stipulated that the said George
Y. Renfro and Virginia P. Carrington will pay all
expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said
John W. Hudson and Myron B. French their heirs or
assigns may be put to in enforcing the collection of
the aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said notes by foreclosure or otherwise.
