Dollars to them in hand paid by the said parties of
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released Conveyed and Confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien release
remise Convey and Confirm unto the said parties of
the second part and to their heirs and assigns forever
All that Certain tract piece or parcel of land sit-
uated in said County of Alachua and State of
Florida and described as follows viz. Beginning
at a point located five (5) Chains East of the North
West Corner of Sec Nine (9) Township Ten (10) South
Range Twenty East in said County running thence
South Twenty Three and one half degrees East Thirty
two Chains to a stake thence South Fifty Six and
a half degrees East Seven Chains and fifty hun-
dredths to a stake in "Sweet Water" Branch thence
North Thirty two Chains and Seventy five hundredths
to a stake on North boundary line of Sec Nine Town-
ship Ten S R20 East thence West to point of begin-
ning Excepting in NW Corner of above described land
39/100 of an acre deeded to J.M. Hallows* March 26th 1883
Recorded in Book "O" pages 586 et 8 & 9. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise ap=
pertaining and the reversion and reversions remain-
der and remainders rents issues and profits thereof:
And also all the estate right title interest and Estate
property possession Claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of
the first part of in and to the Same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have
and to hold the above granted and described prem-
ises unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever Provided Always and these pres-
ents are on this express Condition that if the said
parties of the first part their heirs executors or
administrators shall well and truly pay in cause to be
unto the said parties of the second part their heirs
executors administrators or assigns the said Sums of
money mentioned in said promissory notes according
to the true intent and Meaning thereof and shall pay
the interest mentioned in said notes as therein
Stipulated together with all Costs Charges and expenses
which the said parties of the Second part may
incur or be put to in Collecting the Same by fore
