Should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto
the said Wm A. Colclough the full amount of said
note together with the interest according to its tenor
and effect then this instrument to be void else to
remain in full force and virtue - And it is hereby
further agreed that should it become necessary to
enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said
Daniel McClellan will pay therefor all attorneys fees

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that Whereas
Murry Bullard of the above State and County is indebted
to Wm A. Colclough of the same State and County in the
sum of One hundred and Forty dollars which the said sum
is covenanted to be paid by his certain promissory note
bearing date Dec 29th 1883 and for the said sum of One
hundred and Forty dollars bearing interest at the rate of
10% per annum. Now therefore to better secure the payment
of Said note and interest as expressed therein I do by these
presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Wm
A. Colclough his heirs and assigns all my right title
interest and claim of in and to all crops of whatsoever
species kind or description now growing or which may
