hereafter be planted grown or gathered by me of or for me
or for my benefit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua
County Florida. Also the following described property to wit:
One Gray Stallion Horse. To Have and to Hold all and
singular the crops lands and personal property above
bargained and sold unto the said Wm A. Colclough his heirs
executors administrators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless
that the said Murry Bullard should well and truly pay
or cause to be paid unto the said Wm A. Colclough the full
amount of said note together with the interest according to
its tenor and effect then this instrument to be void else to
remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the said Murry Bullard
will pay therefor all attorney's fees and expenses. In Witness
Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this 29th day of December AD 1883
