      Charles M. McKinney and J.M. Sparkman To John C. Frazier

Alachua County   } Whereas Charles M. McKinney and James M.
Sparkman of Said County and State are Justly indebted to
John C. Frazier of Fairbanks Florida in the sum of Three
Hundred and Fifty Dollars which said sum of money is covenanted
to be paid by a certain promissory note bearing even date herewith
and being due and payable Twelve months after date with
Interest at ten per cent per annum from date. And Whereas I
am desirous of fully and better securing the payment of Said
note and the sum of money mentioned therein. Therefore know
all men by these presents that I Charles M. McKinney for and in
consideration of the premises and of one dollar to me in hand paid
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said John C. Frazier
his heirs and assigns all the following described piece parcel or
tract of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida to wit: The South East Quarter (SE1/4) of the
North West quarter (NW1/4) and the North East quarter (NE1/4)
of the South West quarter (SW1/4) and the North West quarter (NW1/4)
of the South East quarter of (SE1/4) and the South West quarter (SW1/4)
of the North East quarter (NE1/4} of Section thirty two (sec 32) Township
Seven (T7) South of Range twenty one East (S R21 E)
