Containing one hundred and Sixty nine 36/100 acres more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the same unto the said John C. Frazier
his heirs and assigns forever. Provided however and these presents are
upon this express condition that if the said Charles M. McKinney
his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
the sum of money covenanted to be paid  by said note together with
the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor and effect
thereof then this obligation shall become null and void otherwise
to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and
Stipulated that the said Charles M. McKinney his heirs or
assigns will pay all costs expenses and attorneys fees which the
said John C. Frazier may be put to in enforcing the collection
of the aforesaid sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this First day of December
AD 1884

Alachua County   } I Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace in and
for said State and County do hereby certify that on the First
day of January AD 1884 before me personally appeared Charles
M. McKinney to me well known as the person described in and
who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed and acknowledged the
execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned. Witness my hand and seal the
date aforesaid

    Margaret L. Beckham and Husband to James M. Sparkman
                     "Mortgage"
State of Florida } Whereas Margaret L. Beckham and Alexander
Alachua County   } C. Beckham of State and County aforesaid
are Justly indebted to James M. Sparkman of Alachua County
Florida in the sum of One Thousand Dollars which said Sum
of money is covenanted to be paid by their certain promissory
note bearing even date herewith and being due and to be
paid twelve months from date with Interest at ten per cent per
annum from date. And whereas they are desirous of fully
