and sold unto the said G.K. Broome his heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless that if the said Melvin
Haile should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
G.K. Broome the full amount of said note together with the interest
according to its tenor and effect then this instrument to be void else
to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that
should it become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said Melvin Haile will pay therefor all attorneys fees charges and
expenses In Witness Whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal

"Release of Mortgage"
Know all men by these Presents that I William J. Clark of the
town of Southington County of Hartford and State of Connecticut
for the divers good causes and considerations thereunto moving especially
for one dollar received to my full Satisfaction of George H. Tyson
and John O. Tyson both of Alachua County State of Florida
have remised released and forever quit Claim unto the said George
H. Tyson and John O. Tyson their heirs and assigns forever all
such right and, title as I the said William J. Clark have or
ought to have in and to all that certain tract or parcel of land
known and described as the NE quarter of Sec Thirty three (33)
and the North half of section Thirty four (34) Township Eleven
(11) Range Nineteen (19) of what is known as the Arredondo Grant and
containing Four hundred and Seventy four acres more or less
Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
being the same land mortgaged to me by the granters herein
named by their deed dated June 19 1882 and recorded in
the clerk's office in Mortgage Book "F" pages 128 & 129
