The purpose of this deed is to release said mortgage the
debt secured thereby having been fully paid out and discharged
To have and to Hold the premises unto them the said grantees
and to their heirs and assigns to the only use and behoof of
the said grantees their heirs and assigns forever so that
neither I the said grantor nor any other person or persons in
my name and behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand
any right or title to the premises or any part thereof but they
and every of them shall by these presents be excluded and
forever barred. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 20th day of December in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and Eighty three

within the State of Connecticut proof and acknowledgment

J. Clark to me known to be the person who executed
the within deed by him sealed and subscribed and the
said Clerk did then and there acknowledge the execution
thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and
