Alachua County   } I W.W. Hampton a Notary Public in and for said State
and County do hereby certify that on this 19 day of December AD 1883 before
me personally appeared Percy F. Wilson and Willie M. Wilson his wife to me
well known as the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
Mortgage Deed and Severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free
act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said
Willie M. Wilson the wife of the said Percy F. Wilson on an examination
taken and made separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge
before me that she made herself a party to the said conveyance for the purpose
of Relinquishing her Dower and right of Dower in and to the lands
tenements and heredtaments therein described and thereby granted and
released and that such Relinquishment of Dower is made by her freely and
voluntarily and without constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband. Witness my hand and seal the date aforesaid

     John W. Sewell To Louis Roux as Executor
                     "Mortgage"
State of Florida } This Indenture made this 7th day of January in
Alachua County   } the year 1884 between John W. Sewell of said
State and County party of the first part and Louis Roux as
Executor party of the second part of the same State & County.
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States to him in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
sold & conveyed & by these presents doth grant bargain sell &
convey unto the said party of the second part all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being in said State & County and
known and described as follows: the North half of the SW1/4 of
the SE1/4 of Section twenty nine (29) Township nine (9) South
Range twenty (20) East also a Strip one hundred & fifty feet more
on the NE Corner of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 containing two and 31/100 of
an acre together with all and singular the tenements &
improvements to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to Hold the above granted and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns to his and there own proper use benefit and behoof
forever Provided Always and these presents are upon this
condition that if the said party of the first part shall well

For and in consideration of the full payment of the sum
of money secured to be paid by this mortgage I hereby cancel
and discharge the same from record on this 4th day of
June AD 1888
