even date herewith given the said party of the second part for the Sum
of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars lawful money as aforesaid

deed & for divers other goods & valuable considerations do hereby release
relinquish & quit claim unto Louis Roux the said party of the second
part in the foregoing deed all my dower or right of Dower to the lands
conveyed thereon

This Indenture made this Eighth day of January in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty four between Frank
Dansey and Luna Dansey his wife of the first part and
Charles W. Bauknight Merchant of the second part in the sum of
Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States

I hereby cancel and discharge the same on this the 28th day of April AD 1888
