    Jas Robertson & Jno Wilson To Jesse I. Griffin

County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered into
this the 19th day of December AD One thousand Eight Hundred
and Eighty three between Jesse I. Griffin of the State and
County aforesaid party of the first part and Jas Robertson
and Jno Wilson of the State and County aforesaid parties of the
second part Witnesseth. That the said Jas Robertson and Jno Wilson
parties of the second part for and in consideration of the
sum of one Dollar to them in hand paid by the said Jesse I.
Griffin party of the first part as well as for the further
consideration of the sum of Two hundred and Eighteen Dollars
for which sum of money the said Jas Robertson and Jno
Wilson are lawfully indebted to the said Jesse I. Griffin
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Jesse I. Griffin
the following described property to wit: One Iron Grey filly
about two years old also all the right title interest or
claim which they or either of them has or may have in
or to any and all crops of any kind or description
whatsoever now growing or hereafter to be planted grown
or gathered by them or for them or for their benefit on or off
of any and all lands in alachua County Florida at any
time in the future until said sum of money is fully and
satisfactorily paid and it is hereby further agreed and
understood between the parties aforesaid that the said
Jas Robertson and Jno Wilson hold and possess the Said
Iron grey filly until the 1st day of November AD 1884
