and it is further Stipulated and agreed by the aforesaid 
parties that the aforesaid sum of Two hundred and Eighteen
dollars shall be due and paid on or before the 1st day of
December AD 1884 and it is also agreed that the said Jas
Robertson and Jno Wilson do hereby voluntarily waive and
renounce all rights or benefits provided by the homestead
or exemption laws of the State of Florida as fully and
entirely as though no such laws exist Now these presents
are upon the express condition that if the said Jas Robertson
and Jno Wilson shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
unto the said Jesse I. Griffin the said sum of Two
hundred and eighteen dollars on or before the 1st day of
December AD 1884 according to the terms of these presents
then this indenture shall be null and void else to remain
in full force and virtue In witness whereof the said

AD 1883 Between Elbert Felton of the first part and Jas D. Matheson
of the second part all of the State and County aforesaid
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in
