the mortgagor in the foregoing mortgage deed who acknowledg=
ed that he executed the said mortgage for the uses and
purposes therein set forth and expressed

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 2nd day of
December AD 1883 before me personally came Mrs Annie L. Felton
the wife of Elbert Felton who upon being duly questioned and
examined by me separate and apart from her husband says
and acknowledges in my presence that for the conditions named
in the foregoing Mortgage deed and for the further consideration
of one dollar to her in hand paid the receipt is hereby
acknowledged she does by these presents release renounce and
relinquish all her right of Dower in and to the land described
in said deed of mortgage and that she does same freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

      J. Maxey Dell To W.O. Tison

Alachua County   } Whereas I J. Maxey Dell am indebted  to W.O.
Tison by my note of hand in the sum of of $2728 76/100 and
whereas said note is secured by a mortgage on real estate of
myself & Mary N. Dell my wife and whereas I am desirous of further
and better securing said note therefore know all men by these
presents that I Maxey Dell for and in consideration of the premises
and of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid have granted
bargained sold and Mortgaged unto the said W.O. Tison my one
fourth undived interest in Forty Eight (48) head of horses and
mules now used in the livery business of the two livery Stables
in Gainesville Fla also Forty two (42) vehicles used in said
Livery business also the harness Saddles &C used in said livery
business I being the sole owner of the personal property hereinafter
