described also grant bargain sell and Mortgage unto the said W.O. Tison the
following described personal property to wit: 3 horses Bunk Mercides and
Argyle - 2 mules May and Dina also 40 head of stock cattle
marked under square & upper bit in one ear under slope and upper
bit in the other ear and Branded Del To have and to hold the
same unto him the said W.O. Tison forever Provided however and
these presents are upon this express condition that if the said
J. Maxey Dell shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the
aforesaid Note together with the interest to accrue thereof at the
times the same shall become due then this obligation shall become null
and void else to remain in full force and virtue. In Witness whereof I
