possessed in her own right of Certain lands herein-
after described, therefore know all men by these
presents that we Mary N. Dell and J. Maxey Dell her
husband for and in Consideration of the Sum of One
Dollar to them in hand paid by the said W.O. Tison
have granted bargained sold and mortgaged the fol-
lowing described pieces parcels lots or tracts of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and in the
State of Florida to wit:
All of the interest of Mary N. Dell in and to the West
half of fractional Sec(2) Two Tp9 R19 S&E Containing forty
nine (49) acres more or less. The South half of Lot Nº(1) one
Sec34 Tp8 R19 S&E Containing (44) acres more or less
and also a one half undivided interest in Lots Nºs
Two (2) and Three (3) of Sec34 Tp8 R19 S&E Containing
one hundred  acres Twenty (120.a) more or less and
Containing in the total aggregate Four hundred and
Eighty (480a) acres more or less
Together with all and Singular the tenements herei-
ditaments and appurtenances to the same in anywise
belonging or appertaining To have and to hold the Same 
unto him the said W.O. Tison forever.
Provided however and these presents are upon this
Express Condition that if the said J. Maxey Dell and
Mary N. Dell or either of them their heirs or assigns
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the said Sum
of money Covenanted to be paid by said note together
with the interest to accrue thereon at the times the same
shall become due then these presents shall become
null and void else to remain in full force and virtue
It is hereby further Stipulated and agreed that should
it become necessary to enforce the collection of said note
by foreclosure or otherwise the said J. Maxey Dell and Mary
N. Dell will pay therefore all Costs and expenses including
a reasonable attorneys or solicitors fee which the said
W.O. Tison may be put to in enforcing the Collection of
the same^. Hereby waiving all exemptions guaranteed by
us by the Homestead Law^
