owned by Robin Thomas of Lake Butler Fla and
purchased by the said Joel W. Malphurs. To have and
to hold all and singular personal property above
bargained and sold unto the said Geo H. Scofield his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever Pro-
vided nevertheless that if the said Joel W. Malphurs Should
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Geo
H. Scofield the full amount of said note together with
the interest according to its tenor and effect then this
instrument to be void else to remain in full force
and virtue And it is hereby further agreed that should
it become necessary to enforce this instrument by
legal prooeedings the said Joel W. Malphurs will pay
therefor all attorneys fees and expenses.

affixed my seal this 7th day of December AD 1883
