State of New York } Know all men by these presents that
I Moses Kessel as Trustee of Nº 183 Broadway in the City
Brooklyn E.D. State of New York for and in consideration
of the sum of Three thousand one hundred and five 33/100 Dollars
to me cash in hand paid by Mess H.F. Dutton and Company
of Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida at and
before the delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have sold assigned transferred and set
over and by these presents do sell assign transfer and
set over unto them the said H.F. Dutton and Company without
recourse upon me in any manner whatsoever that certain
indenture of Mortgage made executed and delivered to
me the said Moses Kessel as Trustee by Ida E. Burnett
and Saml J. Burnett her Husband of Gainesville in Alachua
County Florida dated the 29th day of January AD 1883 and
recorded on February 9th AD 1883 at pages 334-335 & 336
of Mortgage book "F" of the public records of Alachua County
State of Florida together also with any and all note or
notes secured to be paid by the said mortgage with full
power and authority in the name of them the said H.
F. Dutton and Company at all times without recourse upon
me to receive collect receipt for sue for recover cancel
discharge or assign the same as fully as I myself could or
might do had I not hereby transferred and assigned the
same To Have and to Hold the same unto them the said
H.F. Dutton and Company and to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever absolutely without any
