Alachua County   ) This Indenture made the 12th day
of April AD 1882 between Jno E. Lambeth (Bachelor) of
the aforesaid County and State party of the first part
and O.B. Bailey of the Same place of the second part
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of one dollar
to him in hand paid as well as for the better secu-
ring the payment of his promisory note of even date
herewith hath granted bargained Sold and Conveyed and
doth by these presents grant bargain Sell Convey and
Confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns the following described property to wit:
that Lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and being
in Alachua County Florida and known and distin-
quished as Lot Number (3) Three of the South half
of Section Thirty Two (32) Township Nine (9) South of
Range Twenty (20) East according to Map or plat of the
said North half of Section (32) in Township (9) & Range
20 E made by W.C. Miller C.E. & Survey or recorded in
deed Book "K" pg 200 of the public records of Al-
achua County Florida Containing Ten (10) acres more
or less Together with all and Singular the tenem-
ents hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in anywise appertaining. To  have and to hold
the above described property unto him the said party
of the second part and to his heirs executors admin-
istrators and assigns forever in fee simple also
