feet North and south by Ninety five (95) feet East and West and bring the
residence lot now occupied by the said Dora C. & T. Benton Ellis And whereas
Mary L. McClellan is the owner in her own right of the next following hereinafter
described piece parcel tract or lot of land. Therefore know all men by these
presents that we Mary L. McClellan and Robert McClellan her husband for
and in consideration of the premises aforesaid and of the sum of one dollar to
us in hand paid the receipt of all of which is hereby acknowledged do grant
bargain sell and mortgage unto the said Eliza A. Clapp her heirs and assigns
the following described piece parcel or tract of land lying and being in
the city of Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
and known and described as commencing at a point on the Eastern
boundary line of Lot Numbered Twenty one (21) of what is known as
Brushes addition to the Town of Gainesville which said point of
commencement is due West and on the opposite side of the Street from
the South East corner of Lot Nº (19) Nineteen of said Brushes Addition to
the Town of Gainesville Thence running West one hundred and Ninety (190 ft)
feet thence North one hundred and four (104ft) thence East one hundred
and ninety (190ft) feet thence South along the Eastern boundary line of said
lot Nº (21) of said Brushes addition to the town of Gainesville^(104} feet
to the point of beginning^the same being owned and occupied as a residence
lot by the said Mary L. McClellan at this date together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to hold
the above described three several lots of land unto her the said
Eliza A. Clapp and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever Provided however and these presents are upon this
express condition that if the said Mary L. McClellan Robert
McClellan Dora C. Ellis and T. Benton Ellis their heirs or assigns
shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the said sum
of money covenanted to be paid by the aforesaid note for Eight
Thousand Dollars together with the interest to accrue thereon
at the time and times when the same shall become due and payable
then this obligation shall become null and void otherwise to
remain in full force and virtue And it is hereby further agreed
covenanted and stipulated that the said Mary L. McClellan Robet
McClellan Dora C. Ellis and T. Benton Ellis their heirs or assigns
will pay the said principal sum of Eight thousand Dollars
together with the interest to accrue thereon at the time and
times when the same shall become due and payable. It is also
hereby further agreed and Stipulated that that in case of a
default being made in the payment of any one of the semi
annual payments of interest to become due at the time the
same becomes due and such default shall exist for the space of
Thirty days after the same has become due and payable it
shall then be optional with the said Eliza A. Clapp to declare
the whole principal sum as due and payable and she the
said Eliza A. Clapp shall have the right to foreclose and collect
