Hans V. Noszky to Raulerson and Ambrose
                         "Mortgage"
State of Florida } Whereas Hans V. Nozky Justly indebted to Hardie Raulerson 
Alachua County   } and George H. Ambrose of the name and firm of Raulerson and
Ambrose in the sum of Four Hundred dollars which said sum of money is
covenanted to be paid by two certain promissory note one bearing even date
herewith for the sum of one Hundred and fifty Dollars with Interest from date
at ten per cent per annum due and to be paid Three months from date
The other being dated October 13th 1883 Payable to the order of E.V.
Fogg due sixty days after date for the amount of two hundred and
fifty dollars and whereas he is desirous of fully and better securing the
payment of said notes and the sum of money mentioned therein Therefore 
know all men by these presents that I Hans V. Nozky for and in
consideration of the premises and of one dollar to him in hand paid have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Hardie Raulerson and George H.
Ambrose their heirs and assigns all the following described piece
parcel or tract of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida to wit: A Strip of Land running from
Victoria Avenue to Lake Santafee Bounded on the North by land
belonging to Mrs S.B. Luttichau on the East by lake Santafee on the
South by land belonging to Mr George Rixford and on the West by
Victoria Avenue containing Eight acres (8a) and being a part of
section Thirty Three Sec 33 Township Eigh (T8) Range twenty two (R22) 
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to Hold the same unto the said Hardie Raulerson
and George H. Ambrose their heirs and assigns forever Provided however
and these presents are upon this express condition that if the
said Hans V. Noszky his heirs or assigns shall well and truly
pay or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by
said notes together with the interest to accrue thereon according
to the legal tenor and effect thereof then this obligation shall become
null and void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said Hans
V. Noszky his heirs or assigns will pay all costs expenses and
attorneys fees which the said Hardie Raulerson and George H.
Ambrose may be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid
sum of money covenanted to be paid by said notes by foreclosure
or otherwise. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this Seventh day of January AD 1884

                Before me personally came Joseph Belsinger who acknowledged that for and in consideration of four hundred dollars that
he hereby does release relinquish and discharge from record the within mortgage given by H.V. Noszky to Raulerson and Ambrose which Mortgage was assigned
to him by A.M. Cushman said Mortgage being recorded in Book F pages 944 and 954
