Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 9th day of
January AD 1880 between J.W. Black party of the first
part and Orville B. Bailey party of the second part
both of the aforesaid County and State. Witnesseth:
that the said party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of one dollar to him
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged as well as for the better securing the payment
