County of Alachua } certify unto all whom it may concern that Mrs Mattie
R. Wood to me well known as the wife of Hernando D. Wood and as one
of the persons described in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage deed
did this day to me on a separate and private examination before me taken
apart
and made separately and^from her said husband acknowledge and declare
that she made herself a party to and executed the same for the purpose of
convey all of her Right Title and Interest in and to the lands in said
conveyance described and granted and that she executed the same freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear or compulsion
of or from her said husband the said Hernando D. Wood. Witness my hand and

State of Florida } This Indenture made this 21st day of November
Alachua County } AD 1883 between Martin L. Craw of the first part
and Mrs M.B. Snell of the second part of the State and County aforesaid
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Seven Hundred ($70000) dollars to him hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second all those certain lots tracts pieces or parcels of
land lying and being situate in the aforesaid State and County
and particularly described as follows to wit Lots Ten (10) and Twelve (12)
in Block Three (3) Range Two (2) in Ropers Addition to the Town of
Gainesville Fla In Section Four (4) Township Ten (10) South Range
Twenty (20) East according to the map of said "Ropers Addition" now
on file and recorded containing by estimation Two (2) acres of land
