and assigns in fee simple absolute. Together with all the rights
privileges and appurtenanes to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. The Condition of the conveyance is such that
whereas the said party of the first part has this day made and
delivered to the said party of the second part his certain promissory 
note for the sum of Seven Hundred ($70000) dollars (the same being for
the purchase money of the property herein before described) said note
bearing date even with these presents and bearing interest at the
rate of Ten per cent (10%) per annum and being payable Five Years
after the date thereof Now if the said party of the first part shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said party of the
second part the said sum of money mentioned in the said
promissory note together with the accrued interest thereon at or
before the maturity of the said note and according to the true
intent and meaning thereof then this conveyance to become and be
entirely null and void else to remain in full force virtue and
effect. In witness whereof the said party of the first part has
herewith set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year
