that she does so freely voluntarily  and without any fear constraint or
compulsion from any person or persons

                   "Mortgage"
This Indenture made this 21st day of January in the year of our
Lord one Thousand eight hundred and Eighty Four Between Bennie P.
Boulware of the first part and Ella Hawthorn of the second part
Whereas the said Bennie P. Boulware is Justly indebted to said
Ella Hawthorn of the second part in the sum of One Hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America with interest
at the rate of Fifteen per cent per annum Now this Indenture
Witnesseth I that the said party of the first part for the
better securing the payment of the said sum of money
mentioned in this Mortgage and and my note of hand and also
for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged Have granted bargained sold aliened remised
