released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and her heirs and assigns forever all The North Half of the

mortgage mentioned with interest according to the true intent and
meaning thereof together with all costs charges and expenses including
reasonable attorneys fees and commissions which the said party of
the second part my incur or be put to in collecting the same by
foreclosure or otherwise and shall pay all taxes and assessments
levied or assessed on said mortgaged premises and shall comply
with all the covenants contained in this mortgage and pay all the
money secured thereby that then these presents and the estate hereby
granted shall cease determine and be absolutely null and void and
the said party of the first part for himself and his heirs executors
and administrators does hereby promise covenant and agree to pay
to the said party of the second part her heirs executors administrators
or assigns the said sum of money and interest as mentioned in said
note and secured to be paid as aforesaid and if default shall
be made in the payment of the said sum of money or any part
thereof as provided in the said note or if the interest that may
become due thereon or any part thereof shall be due and unpaid
for the space of Six months then and from thenceforth it shall
be optional with the said party of the second part her executors
administrators or assigns to consider the whole of said principal sum
expressed in said note as due and payable and the said party
of the first part hereby further covenant promise and agree to
and with the said party of the second part to pay all taxes and
assessments that may be levied or imposed upon the said
premises hereby mortgaged during the continuance thereof and to
pay all costs charges and expenses in collecting the money
hereby secured including reasonable attorneys fees and commissions whether
Collected by foreclosure or otherwise and any and all sums of money
paid out by the said party of the second part by reason of the
