South West Corner of lot number fifteen (15) in the
South half of Section (32) Thirty Two in Township (9) nine
range Twenty (20) east according to a map of said
South half of Section Thirty Two (32) drawn by Wm  
C. Miller and recorded May 13th 1878 in the Deed Book "K"
at page 203 of the public records of said County
which said South West Corner of said Lot No 15 in
Said Section Township and Range Contains one (1) acre
more or less being two hundred feet East and West and
two hundred and ten feet North and South together
with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above
granted and described premises with the appurtenan=
ces unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever. Provided always and
these presents are upon this Condition that if the said
party of the first part shall well and truly pay
or cause to be paid a certain promisory note of even
date herewith given to the said party of the Second
part by the said party of the first part for the Sum
of one Hundred dollars ($10000} and due one year after
date according to the tenor and effect thereof then and
in that event these presents should become null and
void else to remain of full force and virtue.

purposes therein expressed whereupon he prays the
