one hundred (100) feet East and West and one hundred and fifty
feet (150) North and South. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto
the said Myron B. French his heirs and assigns forever Provided
however and these presents are upon this express condition
that if the said Elizabeth Dean and Thomas Dean their
heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause
to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by
said note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor and effect thereof then this
obligation shall become null and void otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue and it is hereby agreed
and Stipulated that the said Elizabeth Dean and Thomas
Dean their heirs or assigns will pay all costs expenses
and attorneys' fees which the said Myron B. French may
be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid
sum sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof we have
herewith set our hands nd affixed our seals on this 28th day

me well known as the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing Mortgage Deed and Severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned and the said Elizabeth Dean
the wife of the said Thomas Dean on an examination taken
and made separately and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge before me that she made herself a party to said
conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing all claim in and to
the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and
thereby granted and released and that such relinquishment and
acknowledgement is made by her freely and voluntarily and
with constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
