unto the said P.H. Young the following described tracts pieces
lots or parcels of land lying and being in the State and County
aforesaid to wit The North half of Lot number Seven (7) in
Section Six (6) Township (8) South Range Twenty (20) East
containing 47 62/100 acres more or less, and also the North half of
Lot number (1) in Section one (1) Township Eight (8) South Range
Nineteen (19) East Containing 41 53/100 acres more or less. The condition
of this mortgage is such that if I the said John B. Starling
Shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
P.H. Young or to his heirs executors administrators or assigns the
said sum of One hundred and Ninety ($19000) dollars together
with the accrued interest thereon at or before the maturity of
the said promissory note according to the true intent and
tenor thereof then this mortgage is to become and be entirely
null and void else to remain in full force virtue and
effect. In witness whereof I the said John B. Starling have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of January AD 1883

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
That Whereas Harry Murry and his wife Martha Murry of
the above State and County is indebted to Charles W.
Bauknight Merchant of the same County and State in the
Sum of forty Dollars ($4000) which the said sum is
covenanted to be paid in cotton or money on the 1st day of
November AD 1883 Now Therefore to better secure the payment
