of said amount We do by these presents grant bargain sell
and convey unto Charles E. Bauknight merchant his heirs and assigns
all our right title interest and claim of in and to all crops
of whatsoever species kind or description now growing or which may
hereafter be planted grown or gathered by us or for us or for our benefit on
on or off of any and all lands in Alachua County Florida also the
following described property to wit: one Bay mare about 4 years
old branded B- named pet To Have and to hold all and singular
the crops lands and personal property above bargained and
sold unto the said Charles W. Bauknight mer-
chant his heirs and assigns forever - Provided
Nevertheless that if the Said Harry Murry and
Martha Murry shall well and truly pay to Charles
W. Bauknight merchant or cause to be paid the
full amount due then this instrument to be
null and void else to remain in full force and
virtue and we do hereby waive the benefit of the
homestead laws of Florida binding said property
as if no such law existed
