in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed
and stipulated that the said John T. Meador and
Mary A. Meador their heirs or assigns will pay all
Costs expenses and attorneys fees which the said
Louis Roux may be put to in enforcing the Collection
of the aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted to be
paid by said note  by foreclosure or otherwise

Meador and Mary A. Meador and his wife to me
well known as the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed and Severally
acknowledged the execution thereof as their free act
and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
and the said Mary A. Meador the wife of the
said John T. Meador on an examination taken
and made separately and apart from her said hus-
band did acknowledged before me that she made
herself a party to the Said Conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing her right of dower in and to the
lands tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released and that such
relinquishment of dower is made by her freely and
voluntarily and without Constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
