of said principal Sum expressed in said promissory
note as due and payable And the said parties of
the first part hereby further Covenant premises and
agree to and with the said party of the second part
to pay all taxes and assessments that may be levied
or imposed upon the said premises during the Con-
tinuance hereof and to pay all Costs Charges and expenses
in Collecting the moneys hereby Secured including
reasonable attorneys fees and Commissions whether
Collected by foreclosure or otherwise; and any and
all sums of money paid out by the said party of the
second part by reason of the default of the parties
of the first part to pay the money so Stipulated
or to Comply in any respect with the Covenants
of this Mortgage Shall draw interest at the Same
rate as the aforesaid promissory Note aforesaid and
Said moneys necessarily paid by the party of the sec-
ond part shall be Secured by this mortgage. And the
Said parties of the first part hereby waive all right of
homestead and exemptions granted by the Constitution
and Laws of the State of Florida

tice of the Peace do hereby Certify unto all whom
it may Concern that Mrs Mary E. Russell to me
well known as the wife of James W. Russell and
as one of the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing Mortgage Deed did this day to me
on a separate and private examination before me
taken and made separately and apart from her said
husband acknowledge and declare that she made
herself a part to and executed the Same for the pur-
pose of Relinquishing all of her Dower and right
of Dower in and to the lands in said Conveyance des-
cribed and granted and that she executed the Same
freely and voluntarily and without any Constraint ap-
prehension fear or Compulsion of or from her said
husband the said James W. Russell
