State of Massachusetts }
Worcester County       } Know all men to whom
these presents shall come and all whom it
may concern that I Charles R. Burleigh of the
aforesaid State and County as administrator
of the Estate of Charles Burleigh late of said
State and County deceased have this day received
from and do hereby acknowledge the receipt of
and from John C. Ryder of the City of Gainesville
in Alachua County State of Florida of the Sum
of Four thousand two hundred ($420000) dollars
which said amount is in full and absolute pay-
ment settlement satisfaction and discharge of
a Certain mortgage and every and all notes and
amounts whatsoever secured thereby which was
executed and delivered by him the said John C.
Ryder to the Said Charles Burleigh deceased
Covering the "Arlington House" Block in the City
of Gainesville in Alachua County Florida and
which Mortgage is of record at pages 327 and
328 et Seq of Mortgage Book "F" of the public
records of Alachua County State of Florida
And in Consideration of the said Sum of
Four thousand two hundred dollars I as such
administrator do hereby and herewith deliver up to
