said John C. Ryder the said Mortgage and all evi-
dences of indebtedness secured thereby And in Con-
sideration of the said Sum of Four thousand two hun-
dred dollars I do declare and acknowledge the
said Mortgage and all indebtedness secured thereby
to be fully and entirely paid Cancelled settled
annulled and forever discharged and of no further
force virtue or effect
