Alachua County   } Whereas I G.H. Tyson of the
aforesaid County and State (Bachelor) am Justly
indebted to L.W. Jackson & James R. Crawford
trading in Gainesville Florida under the firm name
of Jackson & Crawford in the Sum of One hun-
dred and fifty five dollars which said Sum of
money is Covenanted to be paid by a certain prom-
issory note bearing even date herewith one for the
sum of one hundred & Fifty Five Dollars pay-
able to the order of Jackson & Crawford due
three months after date with interest at the rate
of 1% per month and whereas I am desirous
of fully and better securing the payment of said
note and the sum of money mentioned therein
Therefore know all men by these presents That
I G.H. Tyson for and in consideration of the
premises and of the sum of one dollar to me
in hand paid have granted bargained and Sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
Convey thereto the said Jackson & Crawford their
heirs and assigns all the following described
piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
The North half of Section Thirty four and the
North East Quarter of Section Thirty Three
